History

The Digital Group Inc. (DGI) founded in 1974, commercialized a unique computer designed by Dr. Roberty Suding that enabled owners to change the processor by inserting the appropriate CPU board. Available processors 8080, 6502 6800 or Z80. Unfortunately financial difficulties forced the company into chapter 11 bankruptcy in January of 1979 finally closing the doors in August of the same year much to the disappointment of many unusually loyal customers and users.
